Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Little Rock Business Roundtable (“LRBRT,” “we,” “us”) handles information in the LRBRT member app and website. The app is a private tool for members of our organization — it is not a public social network, and there is no public signup.

Information we collect

• Profile information you provide: name, email address, phone number, company, job title, short bio, and an optional profile photo.
• Referral activity: the referrals you send and receive, including the referred person’s name, contact details, the service they need, your notes, comments on the referral thread, and any revenue you record.
• Meeting activity: your RSVPs and any guests you invite.
• Membership and billing status: whether your dues are current, and the referral credits applied to them.

We do not collect location data, advertising identifiers, or browsing behavior, and the app contains no analytics or advertising SDKs.

How we use it

Your information is used only to operate the membership: showing you in the member directory, routing referrals to the right member, sending meeting invitations and reminders, calculating referral credits against your dues, and letting chapter administrators manage membership. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or track you across other apps or websites.

Who can see your information

Your profile is visible to other members of your chapter. Referral details and their comment threads are visible only to the member who sent the referral, the member who received it, and chapter administrators. Nothing in the app is publicly visible or indexed by search engines.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to run the service. They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage for profile photos.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Stripe — membership dues. Payment card details go directly to Stripe; we never receive or store your full card number.
• Resend — transactional email such as meeting invitations and member invitations.

Retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as you are a member. If your membership ends, your profile is removed from the active directory. You may request deletion of your account and personal information by emailing admin@littlerockbrt.com. Some records tied to referrals you exchanged with other members, or required for our financial records, may be retained where we have a legitimate or legal reason to keep them.

Your choices

You can view and update your profile at any time from the Account screen, and change your email address or password there. To request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it, contact us at the address below.

Children

The app is intended for business professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and notify members through the app or by email.
